Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Specialist to join our team at Arrow Construction. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits, and HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, process time-off requests, and provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve employee concerns, address payroll discrepancies, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in payroll software, HR systems, and Microsoft Office; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) certification a plus.
