  • Provide technical and functional support to clients and internal teams, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Work with clients to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in payroll or HR.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate knowledge of payroll and HR processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, CAPM, or PMP.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Excel, MS Office Suite, and web-based platforms.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, preferably in Spanish or French.
