Role Overview

We are in search of a dedicated, technically proficient, and results-driven Senior Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Technical Program Manager within the Datapath organization is responsible for overseeing programs, strategic planning, and client engagement initiatives. This role involves developing internal mechanisms to optimize Datapath's capacity across engineering teams distributed across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with numerous client teams to establish customer-facing mechanisms that enhance roadmap prioritization, transparency, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, motivating colleagues to discover new and improved methods for identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Lead substantial programs aimed at minimizing builder toil and enhancing operational costs for both Datapath and client teams through complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Address critical issues and manage escalations as necessary, while clarifying complex requirements and building consensus among stakeholders.
  • Define architectural strategies that cater to the needs of Amazon builders, enhancing their productivity by proposing solutions that streamline their experiences.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 10+ years of direct collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Proven experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams, developing processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience managing intricate technology projects.
  • Experience in overseeing projects across cross-functional teams, establishing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
