Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned technical program manager to help us improve the builder experience across our products. You'll work closely with engineering teams to drive architectural change, prioritize efforts, and deliver results that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement technical strategies that improve the builder experience
  • Drive architectural change across thousands of teams, ensuring seamless communication with technical developers and senior leaders

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams

  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Amazon is a total compensation company, committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, financial, and other benefits. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

Base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
