ENGINEERING PROGRAM MANAGER
The Product Calibration and Testing team at Diverse Lynx is seeking a dedicated professional with expertise in automation and sensor technologies, along with project management experience.

This team plays a crucial role in defining specifications, initiating, validating, and deploying automated instruments for the calibration and testing of products throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production phases.

The selected candidate will oversee deliverables and results across various product lines and technologies within the hardware testing team. This includes reviewing and enhancing existing documentation (such as presentations and spreadsheets), organizing departmental resources (including schedules and deliverables), and developing and monitoring requirements.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating the creation, documentation, and dissemination of coverage requirements for stations managed by the organization.
  • Collaborating with a diverse and committed team to communicate effectively.
  • Establishing timelines to ensure that key deliverables and dependencies are met punctually.
  • Documenting information in both detailed and summarized formats, and effectively communicating this information in review settings.

Key Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and incorporate feedback from various teams simultaneously.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to delivering effective tools that empower team members to explore further.
Experience in designing and developing Tableau visualization solutions.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Capability to work independently while maintaining communication with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
