Program Manager for Build Bring Up and Test Station Development

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at OSI Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management and Test Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Test Engineering and NPI: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve test engineering and NPI-related issues.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
- 2-5 years of Project Management experience in consumer electronics or a related field.
- Strong background in Test Engineering and NPI, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience working with OEMs and embedded products.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Wrike.
This is a 12+ month contract position, with the option to extend. The location is Cupertino, CA or Austin, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement.
The pay rate range is $65-85/h (DOE).
