About the Role

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within the state listed in the job posting. As the Project Manager for Rocket Lawyer's General and Administrative (G&A) function, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing cross-functional projects that span multiple departments, ensuring the seamless fulfillment of G&A requirements, which includes Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple departments to ensure G&A requirements (Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal) are fulfilled across the organization, including, but not limited to:
  2. Bi-Annual company-wide performance review process
  3. Annual strategic & financial planning process
  4. Coordinate action items from monthly C-Suite financial reviews
  5. Implementation or upgrade of financial systems and software
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  2. 8+ years experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years supporting a company with employees
  3. Project Management experience supporting multiple business functions including finance
  4. Ability to liaison between business partners to coordinate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and drive projects to completion
  5. Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment
  6. Will need to work with international teams on different time zones
  7. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  8. Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with many different business partners
