High-Performance HVAC Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance HVAC Business Development Manager to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
Job DescriptionThis is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales leadership and commercial or industrial HVAC/Applied Equipment space to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Management: Lead customer interactions, develop relationships, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales Performance: Achieve annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share by driving sales growth and expanding market penetration.
- Program Promotion: Promote all Programs, including In-Warranty-Service Agreements and Building Automation to Service, as appropriate.
- Customer Satisfaction: Investigate concerns, implement corrective action, and communicate with customers and the sales team as needed to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from a four-year college or university required.
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years of related experience in a sales or sales leadership role within the commercial or industrial HVAC/Applied Equipment space required.
