We are in search of an exceptionally skilled, intelligent, and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Lead HR Strategic Partner, located in the Customer Service sector.

The Lead HR Strategic Partner will serve as a consultant to senior Operations executives, leveraging their extensive HR knowledge and proficiency.

You will formulate and implement business strategies centered on talent development, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and employee satisfaction.

As a natural advocate for culture, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to weave Amazon's unique culture into the employee journey.

Additionally, you will establish standardized processes and policies supported by best practices and assist the organization in navigating change by championing Change Management initiatives.

You will act as the representative for the HR Manager for the Customer Service divisions in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and execute intricate HR projects and spearhead change initiatives, including the adoption of new tools and technologies that enhance support for stakeholders.


  • Foster Associate engagement initiatives, serving as an Employee Relations Subject Matter Expert, and monitor Associate feedback to enhance effective employee relations, retention, and reward systems.
  • Manage labor relations when necessary and handle complex cases with both internal and external parties, while incorporating legislative changes into HR policies and practices.
  • Develop people-centric strategies to align with business needs through a comprehensive understanding of how talent integrates into the business strategy and how to cultivate talent.
  • Facilitate and oversee the talent review process and succession planning in collaboration with management.
  • Extract insights from data to refine processes, boost employee engagement, and ensure policy alignment across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach leaders within the Customer Service sector.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or equivalent experience.


  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic distribution or manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with external practices, trends, and tools utilized in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law - Experience in applying labor legislation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to leverage analytical and experiential data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong influencing skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in an international context.


  • Project management experience with remote stakeholders.
