Key Responsibilities

  • Define and enhance controls and quality assurance procedures to ensure risk associated with Client Remediation is mitigated.
  • Collaborate with partners to build accurate, forward-thinking metrics and reporting for Client Remediation across the USPB.
  • Re-enforce best practices for the organization to ensure consistency of Business integration and process implementation.
  • Be a thought leader for Remediation, sharing best practices and identifying ways to simplify and enhance ways to work collaboratively as a team.
  • Present status updates, issues, challenges, risks, and solutions to senior management, stakeholders, and partners in a succinct manner to drive decision-making and actions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or business optimization.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Ability to multi-task, highly organized, and high level of attention to detail.
  • Self-confidence and exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to engage with those reporting into C-Suite leadership.
  • Ability to develop high-quality materials, especially written documents for senior leadership.
  • Experience with MS Office tools, including strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint).
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
