Position Summary:

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to clients, leading field teams, and managing the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment. Your responsibilities will include interpreting technical drawings, performing skilled technical tasks, and applying your knowledge of electric and pneumatic actuators, along with valves, to guarantee peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve outstanding results.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment, components, and parts, utilizing hands-on skills and problem-solving capabilities to address issues effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive site evaluations to determine the best sequence and methods for valve installation, ensuring superior quality of work.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, reports, and forms accurately, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), vehicle inspections, equipment inspections, and other essential records.
  • Adjust to shifting priorities and tasks, performing additional duties as required to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Environmental Job Considerations:

  • Regular exposure to conditions that may cause moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, fumes, or odors.
  • Must be able to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Overnight travel may be required up to 50% of the time.
  • Availability for on-call duties and overtime as necessary.
