The University of North Florida is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Assistant Professor in Human Resources Management. This is a tenure-track faculty position that requires a strong background in human resources management, research, and teaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in human resources management, organizational behavior, and general management.
  • Conduct significant research in the fields related to human resources management, organizational behavior, or general management.
  • Service to the Department, Coggin College of Business, and the University of North Florida.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. from an accredited program in human resources management, organizational behavior, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated record of publishing in top-tier human resources management, organizational behavior, or general management research outlets.
  • Experience in teaching and research in human resources management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated record of impactful publications.
  • Well-developed research pipeline.
  • Experience teaching in the human resource management discipline.
  • Background in both graduate and undergraduate-level instruction.
  • Record of academic and professional service in the field.
