Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and implement the company's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Assist in prioritizing initiatives and monitoring progress against goals.
  • Develop and streamline workflows to enhance productivity and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects and initiatives across the organization, including business development, client engagement, and program development.
  • Ensure timely execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic support role, preferably within executive coaching, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven experience in project management, operations management, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on results and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and other relevant software.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 Annually to $130,000.00 Annually.
