Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at NHS Management Services. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our facility personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Route calls to the appropriate person or department.
