Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and organized paperwork and records.
  • Utilize various MS Office applications to generate reports and perform administrative tasks.
  • Provide support for multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing and managing your workload effectively.
  • Schedule and manage calendars, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Answer and make phone calls, relaying messages and information to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and independent thinker with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Recent and relevant experience in an administrative or office setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work part-time (20-30 hours per week) with potential for increased hours as demand grows.
