Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at BHC Brookwood Market. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all processes of the medical office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check in patients and collect accurate patient demographics, entering data into our electronic system and verifying insurance.
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the physician office, including the medical records process, controlling the front desk, accounts payable, and office supplies.
  • Monitor and audit cash/payment funds, ensuring accurate daily reconciliation of charges and payments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Completion of a medical office assistant program.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a medical office setting.
  • Preferred: Healthcare management/administration certification.
