- Communication: Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner, directing calls to the correct teams and departments as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Assist physician teams and other departments as required, providing support and ensuring seamless communication.
- Experience: Prior experience working as a receptionist, secretary, or similar administrative role, with medical office experience a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Technical Skills: Strong typing skills and basic knowledge of computer programs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with a bachelor's degree preferred.
