Position Summary
RMC is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to support critical initiatives. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in delivering Information Assurance and Cybersecurity solutions tailored for Department of Defense clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with government clients to design and implement dashboards in Splunk, aimed at identifying cyber threats and understanding system vulnerabilities.
  • Utilize dashboards for comprehensive data analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with federally mandated requirements.
  • Work alongside team members and clients to develop and disseminate essential dashboard information, prioritizing risk management strategies.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Proficient in analyzing IT Security monitoring and reporting needs, with the ability to define, design, develop, and enhance Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts.
  • Experience with IT Security tools, including Nessus.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Splunk Dashboard Developer.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also leading projects and engaging with clients.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
  • CASP certification or any DOD 8570 IAT Level III certification.
  • Must possess the capability to obtain a security clearance; an Interim Secret clearance is necessary to commence.
