Cybersecurity Operations Manager

The Cybersecurity Lead will play a pivotal role within the CPS Cybersecurity team, focusing on the management and oversight of cybersecurity initiatives related to IWS-C.
Key Responsibilities- Support the documentation of Cyber Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to align with Program IMS, while establishing and developing cyber baselines and testing protocols.
- Generate documentation for Authority to Operate (ATOs) and strategize on cybersecurity measures to be executed, ensuring proper oversight.
- Formulate ATOs and Interim Authority to Test (IATTs) that address various program components.
- Plan, evaluate, and implement security waivers as necessary.
- Assist the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) with cyber documentation, presentations to leadership, risk management, security assessments, and mitigation strategies, while overseeing industry partners involved in cybersecurity efforts.
- Participate in testing events, cybersecurity tabletop exercises, and contractor CDRL reviews.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with IATT submission processes.
- Understanding of IATT/ATO submission timelines in relation to testing and certification schedules.
- Experience with shipboard ATOs is essential.
- Knowledge of ATOs for engineering installations.
- Experience with lab IATTs in preparation for AI-SITs.
- Familiarity with AI-SIT data requirements supporting Deployment ATOs.
- Experience with ATO test configurations.
- Engagement in the CPS Cybersecurity team for management and oversight of cybersecurity efforts related to IWS-C.
- Documentation of Cyber IMS to align with Program IMS, including the design and development of cyber baselines and tests.
- Participation in test events, cybersecurity tabletop discussions, and CDRL reviews.
- Act as the Cyber Analyst for the designated ISSM and ISSO within the program office.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment are essential.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
