Job Title: Field Sales Account Executive

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Account Executive at Maersk Agency USA, Inc., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in a defined target market, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborating with sales teams to develop new business and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing new business
* Become a subject matter expert on our business products and services offered
* Interact regularly with local management and develop close and cooperative working relationships with operations staff
* Develop a growth strategy and set quotas focused on financial gain and profitability
* Follow-up with new clients and operations to ensure a seamless implementation when onboarding new clients

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage time and responsibilities well
* Tech-savvy with experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
* Problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative supply chain solutions

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 plus sales incentive plan
