We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Planner to support our advertising sales teams across Entravision US Local markets. As a crucial member of our growing team, you will play a key role in helping sales teams meet their goals and providing effective media plans for clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build proposals that bring together all necessary elements, coordinating custom or unique pitch components, including concept, strategies, and specific flight and budget allocations.
Produce pre-sale documents, including PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and integrating ancillary research, working with internal teams to ensure plan elements follow operational guidelines.
Create mock-ups or screen-shots for clear deliverables to clients, working with the sales team to secure requested offerings and finding win-win solutions for competing requests.
Keep sales teams informed of important issues, updated data, and pre-sales efforts, attending video call meetings as needed to assist with client interactions.
Help build solid relationships with clients by planning and attending industry events.
Requirements and General Skills:
2+ years of digital media experience
Previous sales, marketing, or agency experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets
Experience working in the media department for a major advertising agency or digital publisher
Familiarity with multiple digital mediums and platforms, including Google Ads, SEM, Online Video, Mobile Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok
Understanding of basic digital terminology and application, including CPM, Bidding, Margins, CPC, and VCR
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across departments
Fluency in English, with a professional tone and experience speaking with various audiences
