Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing performance-focused influencer marketing strategies that drive both revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Identify and establish relationships with influencers and creators across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers.
  • Lead influencer campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with the marketing/product calendar.
  • Analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital content creation.
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, metrics, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
