Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to build a cohesive team dedicated to promoting the organization’s quality and professionalism.
  • Property Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of common areas, apartment units, and grounds to maintain high standards.
  • Financial Accountability: Ensure timely collection of rent and manage community deposits, adhering to accounting directives.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Promote available apartments, engage with prospective residents, and manage lease administration.
  • Leadership: Provide direction and support to on-site staff, conducting regular meetings and training sessions.
  • Customer Relations: Address resident service requests and maintain positive relationships to foster a welcoming community.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in property management, with a strong emphasis on customer service and operational excellence. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for this role.
