Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
  • Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications required.
