Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and supply chain logistics.

Requirements
  • 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience or 3-5 years of a lead or supervisory role in a restaurant.
  • Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
  • Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.
