Key Responsibilities:
As the Guest Services Manager, you will oversee the front office team to ensure seamless operations that lead to outstanding guest feedback and satisfaction. Your role will include:
- Providing professional and courteous responses to guests, delivering accurate and timely information and services.
- Collaborating closely with departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to foster positive working relationships.
- Training, directing, and resolving issues for front desk team members to ensure a high-quality operation.
Position Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Front Desk role as a Guest Services Agent, or two years in the Hospitality industry.
- Experience in maintaining ongoing training for Front Desk staff.
- Skills in coaching, counseling, and developing Front Desk personnel.
- The ability to perform Front Desk duties as needed and manage staff scheduling.
