Job Summary:

The Senior Retail District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple retail locations, leading a team of Retail District Managers, and driving business results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Sustain growth through financial stewardship and fiscal responsibility.
    • Execute retail operations plan to achieve targeted growth in profit, revenue, and production.
  • Customer and Community:
    • Collaborate with customers to understand and deliver customer needs and expectations.
    • Spends time in stores with retail teams and customers to understand business critical issues.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Implements strategies to maximize resources and infrastructure.
    • Makes decisions on day-to-day retail operations and strategic planning of resources.
  • Team Goodwill:
    • Promotes a culture that embraces growth and development.
    • Retains top talent through strong leadership and retention efforts.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' work experience in Retail Management within a multiple store organization.
  • Experience with Retail Inventory POS Computer System preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers' license and clean MVR.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
