Location: Remote
Compensation: $17.25 per hour

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, delivering product information, and assisting customers with their inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. You will be expected to actively listen, learn, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address all customer inquiries related to tolling and administration by utilizing knowledge gained during training and available resources.
- Assess customer needs to provide accurate and comprehensive information.
- Execute necessary transactions using mainframe or web-based systems.
- Submit research requests clearly and accurately.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
- Communicate with customers in a warm and empathetic tone.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information in compliance with legal requirements.
- Support other team members during peak workloads or absences.
