About the Role: We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team at The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services. Your ability to think critically, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers immediately with a friendly welcome, assist with arrival and departure from hotel, complete the registration process, and handle guest concerns and issues.

  • Promptly answer the telephone, input messages into the computer, and retrieve mail, small packages, and facsimiles for customers as requested.
  • Close guest accounts at time of check out, ascertain satisfaction, and negotiate compromise if necessary.
  • Field guest complaints, conduct thorough research to develop effective solutions, and negotiate results.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, and college degree preferred. Hotel experience preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
