Remodelers Advantage is a leading provider of education and business management support to remodelers and renovators across the United States and Canada. Our mission is to help professional remodeling contractors improve company performance and quality of life.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Membership Coordinator to manage various tasks related to member engagement, event coordination, and member communications.

This role involves:

  • Managing OnBoard tasks, including agendas, meeting links, and past meetings;
  • Supporting team projects by updating Meeting Fact Sheets and creating agendas;
  • Ensuring accuracy in work, with a focus on customer experience;
  • Assembling and shipping New Member Kits, Amazon orders, greeting cards, and branded items;
  • Tracking and updating membership engagement lists;
  • Managing the Member Impact Award process and emails;
  • Edit and convert OnBoard documents to PDF;
  • Prepare materials for meetings and maintain inventory;
  • Coordinate with hosts for interview schedules and prepare meeting agendas;
  • Update meeting trackers and checklists;
  • Contact members about event registration and follow up on required documents;
  • Prepare and ship Meeting Boxes and yearbooks for events;

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

  • 3+ years' experience in an administrative support role;
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Suite and Adobe) and the ability to learn new tools quickly;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Superior customer service skills with a focus on customer experience;

Compensation Package

  • $45,000-$55,000 salary;
  • Health insurance (100% paid by employer);
  • PTO;
  • 401k with matching;
  • End-of-year bonus based on profitability;
  • Paid time off the week between Christmas and New Year after 1 year of employment;
