About the Role

We are looking for a talented Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at BIC Recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to decision-makers in the fire-fighting industry.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, establish relationships with key clients and prospects, and provide technical expertise on our product portfolio and its applications in the North American market.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the fire-fighting market, and the ability to travel internationally. You should also have experience in B2B value-added sales, marketing, and relationships in an environment of technical investment products.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy development and implementation
  • New business development and lead generation
  • Relationship building and account management
  • Technical support and product expertise

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (preferably in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or system engineering with knowledge of fluid mechanics)
  • Experience in B2B value-added sales, marketing, and relationships in an environment of technical investment products
  • Strong understanding of the fire-fighting market and fire extinguishing products
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills

Compensation: Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
