Operations Support Coordinator

GavinHeath is collaborating with a client seeking to enhance their team with an Operations Support Coordinator. This role is a Direct Hire opportunity and offers a Hybrid work environment with a minimum of two days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing for designated sales teams and territories.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with vendors to guarantee precise order processing.
- Work alongside the Operations and Accounting Departments to facilitate orders accepted by customers.
- Update and track orders for specific territories.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Keep sales teams informed about the status of their orders.
- Partner with the Accounting Department to ensure customer payments are received.
- Maintain stock of office supplies.
- Greet guests and prepare meeting spaces.
- Organize catering for meetings.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GAAP principles.
- Ability to cross-train with accounting team members for professional growth and continuity of essential skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks Online, and Business Central or similar ERP accounting systems.
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Excellent data entry and mathematical skills.
- Experience in vendor and customer reconciliations is advantageous.
