Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and colleagues upon their arrival, providing them with relevant information or directions.
- Adhere to established visitor protocols to maintain the security of our office.
- Oversee deliveries and manage both incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organize company events and outings, providing detailed itineraries to ensure successful off-site activities.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain an accurate and up-to-date business calendar.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative support, customer service, or related role is preferred.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational background.
- Experience in handling phone communications and managing challenging situations.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
