Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, from initial outreach to onboarding. Maintain clear communication, provide timely feedback, and support a smooth hiring process.
  • Oversee and maintain candidate information within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage travel reimbursement processes.
  • Utilize various communication methods, including TextEngagement, phone calls, and emails, to schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
  • Actively participate in enhancing each candidate's on-site experience, facilitating interviews, and serving as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience is a plus).
