Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Associate's degree or higher preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, service delivery, customer service, or employee service centers.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience is a plus).

- Capability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail and effective time management in a dynamic environment.
