POSITION SUMMARY

The Lease Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and inputting essential data into our administration system to guarantee precise payments to landlords and to pinpoint actionable terms within lease agreements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lease Document Review: Scrutinize lease agreements, establish rental payment schedules, and monitor deadlines for required actions as outlined in the contracts.
  • Lease Assessment: Evaluate incoming leases in both physical and digital formats to confirm their suitability for administration.
  • Critical Date Oversight: Track and communicate important dates to relevant parties, including lease expirations and renewals.
  • Internal Coordination: Support internal discussions to ensure adherence to national standards and protocols.
  • Payment Calculations: Compute prorated rental fees, upcoming payment increases, and termination charges.
