Position Summary

The Senior Sales Executive for Enterprise Solutions is accountable for managing and overseeing sales activities directed at enterprise clients, including multi-site regional businesses and national accounts. The primary objective is to enhance sales revenue and consistently achieve corporate goals.

This role involves ensuring optimal staffing and training of the sales team, developing financial and operational targets, and aligning operational plans with business strategies. The position significantly influences business outcomes and typically supervises one or more teams of professional employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Comcast's products and services to effectively lead the sales team in promoting Ethernet, Internet, Voice, and TV services to enterprise clients, including educational and healthcare institutions.
  • Design and implement sales promotions and incentives to achieve business objectives, ensuring that both team and individual sales representatives meet all performance standards.
  • Ensure the ongoing development and retention of qualified Enterprise Account Executives through effective selection, training, and motivational strategies.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company's offerings, pricing strategies, and sales techniques to oversee the regional deployment of new products targeting the enterprise market.
  • Manage and analyze sales records and performance metrics in relation to business goals.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and unit sales based on data analysis.
  • Oversee employee performance, providing guidance and support to maximize effectiveness and facilitate professional growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency through strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Assist in managing the Business Services Enterprise Direct Sales channels within established sales and expense budgets.
  • Develop and enforce best practices that contribute to enhanced performance and overall success.

Education and Experience
