Your Role:
This Senior Enterprise Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring client success and satisfaction within our Enterprise Client Solutions team. You will be tasked with nurturing and expanding relationships within significant accounts to foster revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members through regular one-on-one meetings and collaborative coaching.
  • Engage in continuous dialogue with existing clients to strengthen relationships and influence decisions that enhance CHG's staffing solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and indirect leadership of CHG's brand partners.
  • Develop innovative solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
  • Utilize existing internal connections to expand business opportunities.
  • Focus on client-facing interactions with major enterprise clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Establish relationships with global decision-makers to mitigate risks and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage current relationships and cultivate new connections with C-suite and VP-level contacts to educate them on CHG's service offerings and address their staffing challenges.
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage expectations and delivery between CHG and clients on a global scale.
  • Oversee accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster high-level relationships aimed at expanding business with CHG.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various healthcare delivery systems and implement strategic plans to address client needs.
  • Work alongside National Account Sales Leaders to devise new marketing strategies that enhance market share.
  • Negotiate client contracts and represent the company in contractual commitments.
  • Successfully plan targets and conduct outreach to establish new contacts within current client health systems.

Qualifications:
  • Proven success in developing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Client-focused approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills in a service-oriented sales cycle.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple brands and divisions.
  • Minimum of three years in healthcare staffing and five years in professional account management.
  • Leadership experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
