Position Summary

As a Sales Consultant at A Place For Mom, you will have the opportunity to work from your home office, playing a vital role in supporting families in their search for appropriate senior care solutions. Your primary focus will be to guide families through the entire journey, from the initial consultation to transitioning into a senior living community.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist families in identifying suitable senior care alternatives while working remotely.
  • Act as a mediator between families and senior housing providers.
  • Achieve business objectives by converting inquiries into successful transitions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and proficiency in computer applications.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Your work schedule will be established by your Regional Manager and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business requirements. The compensation package includes a base salary with uncapped earning potential, along with benefits such as 401(k) matching, dental, health, and vision insurance, in addition to paid time off.
