The Enterprise Banking Relationship Manager plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. This role involves providing personalized cash management solutions to commercial and business banking relationships, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and commercial bankers on joint calls to clients and prospects, leveraging expertise in business deposits and treasury solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies, building strong networks and referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration between branch teams and bank partners to provide comprehensive solutions for clients' financial needs.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with excellent sales outreach skills, able to manage daily calling activity to achieve required results.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new information and technology.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners.
  • Influence and rapport-building skills, capable of driving positive results through effective communication and relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in sales or financial services sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business development experience, with a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities.
  • Understanding of generic business and treasury products and services, with the ability to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Relationship management experience, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
