Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Banesco USA. As a key member of our corporate banking division, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new consumer and business accounts, expanding existing relationships, and actively promoting the bank's products and services.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow non-interest bearing and interest-bearing deposits, refer qualified consumer and business loans, and increase fee income through Treasury Management and ancillary services.
- Guide a banking center team to achieve sales targets in areas like deposit generation, fee income, and loan referrals.
- Provide day-to-day customer service to clients assigned to your portfolio and partner with other banking centers to ensure seamless execution.
- Promote the bank's products and services to clients, community groups, and business organizations to establish referral contacts within the community.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adhere to the bank's compliance culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in business development.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work without supervision while performing duties.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
