Strategic National Account Manager

Role Overview:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow and manage a portfolio of national accounts within the federal and government sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiting and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within the federal and government market and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for account management, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing sales, with a proven track record of success in managing large portfolio accounts.
• Strong understanding of the federal and government sector, including knowledge of procurement processes and contracting requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement account plans that drive revenue growth.
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with federal contracts, GSA schedules, or other government procurement vehicles is a plus.
