Strategic Account Growth Manager

The Senior Account Manager is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-value customers and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working with multi-national companies
- Experience in direct selling of complex technical business solutions in the enterprise space
