Job Summary

The Senior Account Manager is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-value customers and prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience working with multi-national companies
  • Experience in direct selling of complex technical business solutions in the enterprise space
