Job Summary

The National Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships with national builders, retailers, distributors, pro dealers, and one steppers. This role requires providing overall account leadership, managing the customer as a business on behalf of LP, and building a strategic plan to drive value co-creation that meets or exceeds LP's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify opportunities within accounts on both short- and long-term bases
  • Develop and drive growth strategies, team-to-team alignment, and executive relationships with cross-functional team members
  • Conduct coaching and strategy sessions with account teams to facilitate customer value creation and ensure ongoing internal alignment and account growth
  • Function as the central focal point for communications regarding account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Self-motivated individual with a bias for action
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage several projects while collaboratively executing across cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the organization to customers across various settings
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10 years of demonstrated sales and marketing experience, including 2 years of National Accounts management experience preferred
Work Environment

Located in the West Region, with a home office and frequent travel required (50-60%); #LI-REMOTE
