CPG National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our commercial team at Coffee and Bagel Brands. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer relationships with our CPG retailers, managing performance, and identifying areas for growth within our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with National Accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for national account customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Develop and manage customer promotional plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions
- Collaborate with sales team members to share insights and best practices
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management
- Develop customer level sales forecasts
- Manage broker network, oversee and coordinate activities of external brokers to ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Audit customer program execution
- Negotiations for promotional agreements with national accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build internal and external facing presentations
- Self-starter, takes an idea and runs with it
- Bring ideas to improve process, curiosity mindset
- Demonstrates customer leadership, is the face of the organization to National Accounts
- Collaborative approach to problem solving - cross functional leadership across the organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset, takes on challenges, everyday is a new challenge
- Demonstrates ability to develop account level distribution, promotion, pricing plans
- Experience managing broker network
- Experience with industry trade shows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and delivering against customer targets
- 5-7 years of experience in sales within the CPG industry required
- Experience calling on national accounts required (Kroger preferred)

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role with 2-4 days working at our office in Denver on I-25 & Colorado Blvd. The position requires 25% travel to support customers and participate in trade shows.
