About the Role

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Program Manager to join our team in Denver. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting learning initiatives that enable Sage and its associates to continuously evolve and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including system administration, configuration, user support, content management, and reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of cultural immersion/onboarding programs for key leaders, including scheduling, managing presenters, and ensuring a quality program is delivered.
  • Drive Sage's value of continuous personal and professional development by supporting the execution of company-wide development programs, including emerging leader programs and scholarship programs.
  • Serve as a support role for learning and development initiatives, including performing administrative tasks, preparing materials, and assisting presenters.
  • Monitor learning events and content to ensure relevance and accuracy, updating as needed.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external vendors to assist in the delivery of training/learning solutions.
  • Track participation and completion for L&D programs and processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and champions of Learning & Development events and initiatives.
  • Design job aids and training resources to support L&D processes.
  • Gather and report on feedback related to L&D initiatives, providing initial data analysis and maintaining and updating dashboards.
  • Create, track, and distribute L&D reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Assist the Director of L&D and Sr. Director of Organizational Development with relevant initiatives, including Talent Management, Engagement, and DEIB efforts.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Education, Communication, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related major.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in the Learning & Development and training field, managing L&D programs, facilitating learning opportunities, managing stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring success.
  • At least one year of experience working with learning management systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with systems platforms, technical skills, and current knowledge of effective learning and development methods, technology, and trends.
  • Ability to influence various stakeholders and champions, demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to plan work over a span of months to ensure annual activities and projects remain on track, organize workload to progress on multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging and visual presentations of insights and adapt style to audience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, interested in process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability in taking initiative and interest in self-development.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with working in project management software.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and accuracy.
