Job Title: Learning and Development Consultant

As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering corporate learning programs that drive business results and support our organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning programs that align with our business strategy and meet the needs of our employees.
  • Partner with leaders, managers, and employees to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and coaching.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in the field of learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in adult education/training, coaching, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness learning development.
  • Excellent writing, facilitating, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong self-discovery based coaching skills, leadership development, and thought leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently, set priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines.
