Job Title: Associate Director, Learning Effectiveness Program

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Learning Effectiveness Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Learning Effectiveness Program in partnership with the Director, including strategic planning, visioning, and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Learning Effectiveness Program in partnership with the Director, including strategic planning, visioning, and assessment.
  • Oversee and supervise the program staff and services in LEP, including Project Eye to Eye, Choose your Own ADDventure Conference, First LEP Total Experience (FLYTE), Executive Functioning, Research, Social Skill Building, Student Organizations, and Peer Leadership.
  • Provide professional development to campus, divisional, and departmental staff and faculty.
  • Oversee the LEP program team, workflows, publications, policies, research, and crisis management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
  • 3 years of related professional experience working in an educational setting.
  • 2 years of supervision experience with professional staff.
  • Experience with program administration.
  • Experience counseling, teaching, and/or coaching students.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience working directly with students in higher education.
  • Experience in project management and implementation of new initiatives.
  • Experience with Student Management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with leadership and organizational management.
  • Understanding of Education and Psychological testing reports.
  • Experience with crisis management.
  • Experience with strategic planning and program development.
  • Experience leading training and workshops.
  • Experience with research projects.
