About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the state of Texas. This individual will be responsible for new business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in IT or software sales. Local government and county tax experience is highly desirable, as well as payment or billing software sales experience.

This is a remote position that requires extensive travel within the state of Texas. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, curious, and dedicated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating relationships with existing InvoiceCloud partners to drive referrals and revenue growth
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of closing experience in IT or software sales
  • Local government and/or county tax, vertical knowledge preferred
  • Payment or billing software sales experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
