**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Pumping Solutions, Inc. in Clifton, NJ.

This is a full-time position working 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. As an administrative professional, you will be responsible for completing a variety of important tasks, including ordering office supplies, preparing job folders, and assisting with quotes and service department projects.

You will also expertly handle accounting tasks, such as posting daily cash receipts, performing data entry of accounts payable, and preparing the overtime schedule and attendance record for payroll.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our financial team to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in an office setting and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary Range: $48,000 per year
