Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HR Recruiting Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, with a strong focus on calendar management, travel coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meetings for the CEO, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and documentation, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain accurate expense reports and ensure timely submission of claims.
  • Lead special projects, events, and activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide proactive administrative support, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  1. At least 14 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the tech services or consulting industry, supporting C-level executives.
  2. Exceptional communication, program management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working through G Suite.
  4. Flexibility to work across different time zones and geographies, with a strong track record of staying with an organization/executive and growing in the job.
  5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
